These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website. By visiting the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by Sailview Systems LLC, a New Hampshire (USA) limited liability company. In these Terms, “SailView”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Sailview Systems LLC. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site.
About this site
This is an informational and marketing site for a product that is still in development. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a warranty, or a promise that any product or feature will be built, released, or made available. Descriptions, dates, and plans may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Eligibility
This site and the waitlist are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or to join the waitlist. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Waitlist and beta program
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive access to the product or be selected for the beta program. The beta is pre-release: it may be incomplete, may change, and may be delayed or discontinued at any time. If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about SailView, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for any purpose, without any obligation or payment to you.
Acceptable use
When you use this site, you agree that you will not:
- abuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or the signup form;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the site;
- probe, scan, or test the site’s security, or try to bypass its bot protection or rate limits;
- submit false, unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or impersonate any person or organization.
Intellectual property
The SailView name, logos, the heads-up-display (HUD) and interface design, and all imagery, footage, text, and other content on this site are owned by Sailview Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any license or right to use our names, logos, designs, or content.
Disclaimers
The site and any product previewed on it are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any performance figures, HUD readouts, and telemetry shown on the site are illustrative and simulated for a product that is still in development. They are shown to communicate the concept and are not measurements, specifications, or guarantees of real-world performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sailview Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-party services
This site runs on Cloudflare, which provides hosting and the bot-protection challenge (Turnstile). When you use the site, Cloudflare processes some data as described in our privacy notice, and Cloudflare’s own terms and privacy policies also apply to that processing.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
