Privacy notice

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This notice explains what SailView collects when you join the waitlist or apply as a beta tester, why we collect it, and the choices you have. SailView is operated by Sailview Systems LLC (a New Hampshire, USA company). In this notice, “SailView”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Sailview Systems LLC.

We keep this short on purpose: right now SailView only collects the details you choose to submit through our signup forms. We are not sending marketing email yet, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect:

We do not use cookies to track you across sites, and we do not collect anything you do not actively submit.

Why we collect it

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who processes it for us

The site and its forms run on Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores the signup records, and provides the bot-protection challenge (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. We do not share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup details for as long as we are operating the waitlist and beta program, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. You can ask us to remove your details at any time (see below).

Your choices and how to reach us

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the details we hold about you. Email us at sailview.info@gmail.com and we will take care of it. Because we are not sending marketing email yet, there is nothing to unsubscribe from today; if that changes, every message will include a one-click unsubscribe.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because we do not track you across other websites or build advertising profiles, there is nothing for that signal to turn off here — but we mention it so you know where we stand.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect or how we use it — for example, when we begin sending email — we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above before the new practice takes effect.
